In my practice, I merge the roles of a somatic healer and a coach.
Although a session may include good intuitive and pleasurable physical touch on a massage table, being a masseur is not my primary focus. I care about the story of your whole life. Without getting lost in too much conversation, I can still bring the coaching skills of listening and asking powerful questions so that the physical touch serves your broader journey.
Likewise, although I am elsewhere a traditional life coach, in my sacred intimacy work I can break the rigid wall between talk and touch. Many of our wounds and traumas and shames are held in our bodies. So just talking about intimacy, freedom, pleasure, and energy is not enough - we need to feel these in our bodies to fully realize their potential.
Here are some ways I might be with you in service:
Offer physical touch on a massage table to help you become more aware of sensation and energy in your body.
Provide a safe place and coaching to be fully in your body to process emotions like grief or anger.
Be a live partner to practice new forms of emotional or physical intimacy - breathing, eye-gazing, intimate conversation, hugs, movement/dance, cuddles, structured experiments in sensual, erotic, or sexual touch.
Be a kind presence to listen to and/or watch what you need to express to begin letting go of what has held you back.
Utilize techniques like anal massage or impact play to help connect with deeper emotions or insights.
Be a witness, participant, or co-creator of a rite of passage or ritual to release something that no longer serves you or embrace some new aspect of your identity.
