When you meet with me, I hope you come wanting to change and grow in some way. Yes, it's a good thing to receive routine relaxation or pleasure from a masseur or sex worker, but there are many other practitioners who are well-skilled and available for that work.
Having an intention when you meet me is not, at first anyway, about knowing what things you want to occur during the session. Instead, it is your awareness of how you want to open, grow, or change in your life. Together we will co-create a plan or some possibilities for what we do.
Here are many examples of possible intentions (goals, areas of focus). Which ones do you identify with?
Get out of your head to feel sensation and pleasure in your body more deeply.
Become more comfortable being naked, and practice loving your body as it is.
Release buried or difficult emotions of grief, anger, or shame that have left you stuck.
Discover the power of erotic energy expanding beyond the genitals throughout your body.
Let go of cultural or religious shame and guilt about your sexual desires.
Feel less inhibited moving your body and sharing touch with another.
Bring more consciousness to your erotic and intimate life and break the existing patterns and stories you hold.
Add new life to an existing relationship by experimenting with new practices of intimacy.
Bring the erotic and spiritual dimensions of life together in a way that’s right for you.
Finally experience intimate touch with a man for the first time.
Help overcome being blocked or shut down erotically by supplementing talk therapy with physical practice.
Experiment with tantric practices such as active meditation or erotic massage.
Move beyond the surface of merely physical hookup sex to welcome a deeper personal connection.
Use erotic energy to get a glimpse of a spiritual reality and a self beyond your normal ego experience.
Surrender to simply receiving pleasure, nurturing, intense sensation, or worship.
Safely sample some new physical experience such as anal exploration or impact play.
Overcome doubts about your erotic life as you deal with aging or other challenges with sexual functioning.
Practice being aware of what you want and more comfortable asking for it.
Explore a fantasy that has seemed important to you.
Use a rite of passage or ritual to mark your choice to take a new direction in your life, to release something that no longer serves you or to embrace some new aspect of your identity.
